These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StreamSocial website, apps, web apps, APIs, and widgets (“StreamSocial” or “Services”). Please read these Terms carefully, and contact us if you have any questions. By accessing or using StreamSocial, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the app. This is a grant of license, not a transfer of title or otherwise. Under this license you may not:

  • Use the materials contained within the app for any commercial purpose other than the usage covered by the app itself.
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained within the app.
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the app and the materials provided by the app.
  • Transfer the app and the materials contained within the app to any other person, “backup” or “mirror” the app or materials in any way.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by the app author at any time. Upon terminating this license, you must destroy any saved or installed materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

There is no warranty, expressed or implied and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including and without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violations of rights.

Furthermore, the app author does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials contained within the app or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this app.

Limitation

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Information we collect

Log Data

Whenever you use our Service, we may collect information that your browser or device sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, operating system version, content of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on certain pages, and other statistics.

Telemetry Data

We may access, collect and store telemetry Data related to the use of the App as well as the use in conjunction with other third party services. Telemetry data refers to all the information we log and collect about in-game or in-stream activities when using certain features of the Service. That data is gathered from the API of third parties who generate such data.

In App behavior

We may use third party services to track in-app events. Third-party analytics services integrated into our Services may combine the information they collect in connection with StreamSocial’s Services with information they have independently collected over time and across different websites, apps, and services.

Termination

We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your membership. If you wish to terminate your Account, you may do so by following the instructions on the Streamlabs Site or through the Streamlabs OBS. Any fees paid hereunder are non-refundable. All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, licenses of User Content, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Modification

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace any of these Terms of Service, or change, suspend, or discontinue the Services (including without limitation, the availability of any feature, database, or content) at any time by posting a notice on the Site or by sending you notice through the Services, via e-mail or by another appropriate means of electronic communication. We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability. While we will try to provide notice of modifications, it is also your responsibility to check these Terms of Service periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services following notification of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes, which will apply to your continued use of the Services going forward. Your use of the Services is subject to the Terms of Service in effect at the time of such use.

Code of Conduct

You will not send spam or unauthorized or unlawful messages or communications. Further, you will not use the Website to transmit, disseminate, upload, download, or communicate or interact with, in any way, any: indecent, explicit, unlawful, pornographic, terrorism-related, violent, or incendiary content of any nature. This code of conduct also applies to all communication to third party Services via the app.
